While many people complaining about the apparent downgrading of in-flight meals provided by MAS in almost all flights it operates, but the business class menu still maintaining it's five star rating. From what I could see, there was no obvious changes in quality either going up or down. At least for the Beijing-KL route.

Selection of bread, served with butter.
Fruits
Salads with beans.
This is the main course which I have selected. Seafood Spaghetti.
Pudding served with peppermint. Taste so bad that I couldn't finish this small portion.
Enjoy the scenery while dining. I mean while the sun still shining. It was a late afternoon flight from Beijing, thus the sun was shining just for the first couple of hours and the rest of the journey in the dark. But then, you can see cities at night with colourful lights far from above. The nicest in this journey would be of course Hong Kong.

After enjoying our meal, it is the time for relax and enjoy the remaining journey.It was already dark outside and the lights in the cabin were dimmed. For some people it is the time to sleep but not me. For me it's a perfect time to enjoy the in-flight entertainments.
